iPlay ("we", "us", or "our") operates the iPlay mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read this policy carefully. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
When you create an account, we collect your display name, profile photo (if provided), country flag selection, date of birth, and authentication credentials (Apple ID, Google account, or guest session identifier). If you use phone authentication, we collect your phone number.
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the App, including games played, wins, scores, in-app purchase history, virtual currency balances (coins and chips), voice room participation, chat messages, friend connections, and gift transactions.
If you enable the Discovery feature, we collect your approximate location (latitude and longitude) to show nearby players within 10 km. Your exact location is never shown to other users — only approximate distance. Location data is collected only while the Discovery feature is active and you have granted location permission. You may revoke this permission at any time through your device settings.
We collect device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, IP address, and crash/error logs (via Sentry) to diagnose issues and improve the App. We do not use device fingerprinting for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Voice rooms use real-time audio streaming via WebRTC. Audio is transmitted peer-to-peer and is not recorded or stored on our servers. Microphone access is requested only when you join a voice room.

Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure with row-level security (RLS) policies that restrict access to authorized users. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. While we implement reasonable security measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Guest account data is stored locally on your device and is lost if the app is uninstalled. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the address below. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete such information promptly.
